Part 11 of the Wee Child Series

Nobody Curtsied Like SHirley. I was pretty dissappointed when I learned I could not be her when I grew up.

Miss Marcie is sitting in her office doing some research when the wee child comes skipping in carrying a flower for Miss Marcie. She promptly hands the flower to Miss Marcie and then does a fumbling curtsy.

Miss Marcie: Why thank you for both the flower and the curtsy!

Wee Child: You’re welcome Miss Marcie:

The wee child Curtsies again.

Miss Marcie: What is with all the curtsying wee child?

Wee Child: We learned about it is school Miss Marcie. I fink maybe you do not know that in older days there was fancy ladies who hung around the queen and it was their job to Curtsy.

Oh sure neither of them are Queen yet…but I like to imagine in this picture Kate is very Sweetly saying to Camilla “That’s righ bitch curtsy now…the queen gig is mine!” Wow who knew I had such strong feelings about the royals…I wonder what that is all about

Miss Marcie: I did not know that. That seems like kind of a silly job if you think about it.

Wee Child: I fink it also would make your knees really tired. I don’t know if I would want a job that made my knees tired. We were learning about jobs in school this week. What is your job Miss Marcie?

Miss Marcie: My job is to teach you in your acting class and I love my job very much.

Wee Child: Fank you Miss Marcie. I fink it would be good to love your job. Now I know two fings I know about jobs…you should love it and it shouldn’t make your knees tired.

Miss Marcie: Sounds like a good plan so far.

Wee Child: Fanks. By the way your hair looks pretty today.

You know what…my hair really does look pretty today. It was one of those rare days when I woke up and my hair did not have a party while I slept. It is more likely that when I wake up my hair will look like this
We all need to embrace our inner Roseanne RoseannaDanna sometimes

Miss Marcie: Thank you I treated myself yesterday and had it blow dried.

Wee Child: Did you get your hairs cut?

Miss Marcie: Nope. I went to a place where all they do all day is Blow Dry hair.

Wee Child: So that is their job?

Miss Marcie: Yes it is! Good for you for putting that all together!

Wee Child: You mean to say that if I like when I grow up I can get paid to give people Blow Jobs all day long? I think I would love that job!

Mr. Warren Beatty in “Shampoo” appears to be both giving and getting…and may I just say that sometimes in writing my stories I dream of the perfect photo to make a point…I think today I found it.

Miss Marcie pauses for a moment trying to decide how much of this was her place to correct…and bot wanting to open up a conversation that could go South…she decides to leave this convo up to the parents and instead tries to divert the wee child’s line of questioning.

Miss Marcie: No you wouldn’t because it doesn’t fit your requirements as I am pretty sure that is a job that could definitely make your knees hurt.

Wee Child: Oh fanks for telling me. I would not like that. So I guess I will not be a Blow Job Lady when I grow up

Miss Marcie: Honey I think the title for that job is hair stylist…not blow job lady.

I think this lady however, might want to apply for the blow job lady job as she clearly enjoys her Foot Longs.

Wee Child: Oh sorry…so I guess I will not be a “hair stylist” (she makes very exaggerated air quotes when saying this) when I grow up. . But I do like playing with people’s hair. Maybe I could just give blow jobs to my friends for free. Have you ever given a blow job or free Miss Marcie?

Moving on…nothing to see here

Miss Marcie: (not wanting to lie…because…you know…we all know she has. Miss Marcie changes the subject). You know wee child your hands always look so pretty. If you want to have a beauty day with…How about if you just gives nice manicures to your friends?

Wee Child: FANKS Miss Marcie…that is a great idea!!!!

The wee child hears some of the other kids coming into class and she excitedly runs into the studio yelling….

Wee Child: Hey guess what everybody. Miss Marcie said I could give you all hand jobs!!!!

And with that Miss Marcie realized that it was going to be a very long morning.
